'BEACHWALK' hot tub en warme rots sauna. Huisdieren toegestaan. Maximaal 6 personen, te allen tijde, op elk moment, vanwege de capaciteit van het septische systeem. Geen gast of feestjes. Leeftijd minimaal = 25. Fantastisch uitzicht, het dichtst bij het strand van alle Dillon Beach-huizen, hondvriendelijk strand. Huisdieren toegestaan; het afstoten van honden blijft geborsteld, ongecontroleerd blaffen niet toegestaan, zo goed als je uitgaat & je hond met rust laat en laat alsjeblieft je hond niet de eerste nacht alleen en ruim het achter zandige gebied van hondenpop op. Zandduinen, getijdenpoelen, duingras en een prachtig vrij uitzicht op de zonsondergang in de Stille Oceaan. Een fantastische surfen strand. Kijk golven breken op het strand en te luisteren naar de branding tijdens de vergadering in dit huis aan het strand. Geweldige plek voor kinderen; maken zandkastelen, verkennen rots inhammen en getijdenenergie zwembaden in het noordelijke uiteinde van het strand, jacht op de onbekende tijdens de eb blootgesteld strand of spelen voor uren in de hoge zandduinen. Bekijk Parasail surfers, boogie boarders, lange board surfers of doen het allemaal voor jezelf. De perfecte strand met geen rotsen onder water. Sterrenkijken kon niet beter. Breng uw telescoop! Laat de golven wiegen je in slaap. Rolstoel kan niet rollen naar buiten hoofddek gebied als gevolg van 3 stappen. Breng alstublieft uw eigen hout voor de openhaard mee; er is ook elektrische warmte. Bar zeep niet verstrekt, maar vloeibare zeep wordt verstrekt. HOT TUB! HETE ROCK SAUNA! DIEREN OKAY!

Overall a great stay, with a great location. The house is an eclectic mix of furniture, decor and arcade games that made our visit comfortable and fun. Being right across from a dog friendly beach was incredible. We found the hot tub to be a little dirty so we didn’t use it but overall the house was sparkling clean.

Vacation house at Dillon Beach

The property is quite old. The windows were difficult to open in the bathroom and bedroom. Several of the shades are broken. The house was clean and accessible. The bed was comfortable as was the couch in the living room. Our host Ben was quite helpful and very easy to reach by phone. The property has views of the ocean from the front windows and the spa in the back. All windows are somewhat cloudy due to the salt air. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as it was in the 50s there. There's not much to do in Dillon Beach except for the beach. The little restaurant, Coastal Kitchen, has great food and we were able to sit outside with our dog. Sadly they are only open 4 days per week. The "general store" has coffee and pastries and some food items. It's cute and worth a visit. The nearest bigger "towns" are Tomales and Bodega Bay. We enjoyed our visit to this house on Cliff Drive.

amazing location

The property is steps from the sand. The house offered everything we needed. The kids loved the pinball, but the Pac-Man and Car games were not working. Even so, it was a great time. The house was very clean. The beds were not the softest but they weren’t too bad. Make sure to bring your own beach supplies as stated in the listing. No beach towels but there were bath towels and kitchen towels. We didn’t use the hot tub but the sauna worked great!The resort around the corner had a great option for dinner with tables that overlook the water. Great clam chowder. That is the only food around so make sure to bring groceries. You’ll not want to leave on a crowded day because the line to get into the beach parking lot can block your access to the street. The backyard was more dated than it looks in the pictures, as does the front of the house. But you can’t beat the location and we appreciated how clean the house was. The sofas were very comfortable and the massage chair was a hit with everyone. Don’t let the outside fool you when you pull up, once inside it was a great place to stay for the weekend. The owner was friendly and helpful. He is also very pet friendly. We’d stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location. You get sounds of the ocean, sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set the sauna to melt tension away! Walking to the beach - my family, including my dogs, had an amazing time! Perfect birthday get away!

Cute and cozy on the beach

The house is very cute and cozy with beautiful beach views and fun amenities. Loved warming up by the fire or in the hot tub in the evenings while taking in everything Dillon Beach and the surrounding areas have to offer by day. Property looks just like the photos. Would stay again!

Great spot for a little ocean therapy. We enjoyed walking on the beach and reading with the view of the ocean. Hot tub and sauna were great and hubby loved the pinball machine. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had most everything we needed. We will be back!
