Summary:
Minutes from CO's best ski resorts overlooking a beautiful lake with mountain vistas, you will find this remodeled and ultra-cozy mountain boho retreat. Kick back, relax, enjoy awesome amenities such as a fireplace, patio heater, brand-new TVs, dedicated workstations, blazing-fast wifi, travel essentials, paddle boards, mountain bikes and more. It sleeps a total of 6 people with 1 king and 1 queen bed plus a queen sofa sleeper. Conveniently located near hiking/biking trails, shopping, and more!

The Space:
Inside the unit, there are two bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom next to it. There is also a queen pull out couch in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests may use the assigned garage space (301C) as well as 1 unassigned parking space and the community amenities, which include a pool and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Minutes from Dillon Bay marina, which has plenty of lake activities. A hop, skip, and jump from the cities of Dillon and Silverthorne, and all of their restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. A quick drive to world-renowned ski resorts such as Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and more.

Getting Around:
Guests can access hiking and biking trails near the unit. Guests may use 1 garage space (Space 301C) and 1 guest space in any of the spaces in front of the building.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass door can autolock when closed. If locked out on the balcony, you can use a key found in the balcony storage closet to unlock the sliding glass door.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

The host was welcoming snd supportive! The place has a great view and is roomy with a fantastic kitchen island. The kitchen / living / dining area were all open area a which was really nice. So many amenities and very well stocked with non-toxic cookware and dishes! Soft headboards which was good for our young child to not bang their head on at night by mistake! The bathrooms were really nice, and there are many great lighting options/features around the entire place. Record player as well as a coffee pot/keruig machine combo. Only thing I’d recommend is for thr host to place a non-toxic all-purpose cleaning spray for guests to use during their stay in the kitchen such as 7th generation etc. we loved this cozy home away from home!

Cozy Boho Retreat (CBR) was perfect! I travel a lot and was blown away by all the thoughtful items for guests and the decor! Plenty of coffee, sofa throws to cuddle up with, an extensive collection of toiletries, Bluetooth speakers, office supplies and more! And, the place is large when compared to many condo rentals!The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the steam shower in the bathroom next to the guest room was outstanding to use after a long day on the slopes!CBR is a quick drive to Keystone, A-Basin and the stores & restaurants. The free bus system conveniently stops on the main road that CBR faces right at the end of the condos (towards Keystone) if you don’t have a car.The views out the two sets of door walls in the open living room/dining room combination of Dillon Dam with the mountains in the background are spectacular!Two items to note… the garage is not large enough for a full-size SUV (Tahoe in my case) and there are 3 sets (9 steps each) of LOW profile stairs to access the condo entrance. Neither are enough of a deterrent that they would keep me from renting this wonderful condo again!Rent Cozy Boho Retreat… you’ll be happy that you did!

Great view and convenient for skiing. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed and then some. The snow wasn't great, but we found enough to ski, and enjoyed our family time in the mountains together. Would like to come back in the summer and hike. Perfect stay!

Based on the description and images of the property, we were excited for our stay in Dillon. Even with high expectations, the condo far exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING that you could possibly need or want for your stay. You just need to show up with your clothes and food, the rest of your needs will be met by the amenities already provided. And unlike many rentals we’ve stayed in before, you don’t have to wonder where anything is because it’s all clearly marked and meticulously organized.The unit is adorable and well furnished and I can only imagine how cozy it is in the living room during the ski season. Since it was June when we visited, we spent most of our time on the balcony. The small heater out there was just enough extra warmth to enjoy our morning coffee. And with lots of afternoon and evening sun, it was the perfect spot to enjoy our dinners.The condo is located close to several small mountain towns with all the charm and conveniences you could need. Not to mention the miles of both hiking and biking trails all within a short drive or walk. Both Keystone and Breckenridge are less than 10 miles away for those who enjoy winter sports as well.The owners were incredibly easy to work with and very quick to respond to messages throughout the booking process and during our stay. I can say in all honesty that this was the best VRBO experience that we have ever had in our travels and I would love to stay with them again!

Perfect getaway

My best friend and I had such a great time visiting the cozy home in Dillon! The Lake view was perfect and everything has been so clearly thought through in that apartment we had zero concerns and zero issues even if we did we knew the host we’re going to be responsive. I definitely want to come back during the summertime to appreciate that lake view even more.

The place was very clean and had everything you could think of. It had an amazing view outside the balcony, and a few trails close by. The heater on the balcony outside could’ve been bigger since it wasn’t very warm but doesn’t change us giving this place 5 stars!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I stayed here for three nights in June and the condo and views were both amazing! The condo is even better than the photos. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed and drawers were labeled! Only a few minutes away from beautiful hiking along the lake. Absolutely will be staying here again!
