  • Leuke moderne stijl kenmerkt dit Dillon Pines herenhuis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De woonkamer op de tweede verdieping is gevuld met licht van het gewelfde plafond en grote ramen op het zuiden. Uitzicht op de bergen. Een gemakkelijke wandeling naar Lake Dillon en het recreatiepad voor het hele jaar door toegang tot een panoramisch uitzicht op de bergen. De woonkamer heeft een groot, comfortabel sectionaal, flatscreen en mooi houten plafond. Gratis wifi en kabel. Geniet aan het einde van uw avontuurlijke dag van de gezellige houtkachel. Volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft roestvrijstalen apparaten en grote toonbanken voor eenvoudige maaltijdbereiding. De eettafel strekt zich uit tot stoel 6 en de keukenbar biedt plaats aan 3. Het overdekte, eigen terras kan het hele jaar door worden gebruikt en heeft een gasgrill, tafel en 4 stoelen. Patio op de eerste verdieping heeft directe toegang tot het gazon. Gratis parkeren voor 2 voertuigen.

    Gemakkelijke toegang tot alle skipistes. Slechts 5 minuten naar Keystone, 15 minuten naar Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin of Loveland, 25 minuten naar Breckenridge en 30 minuten naar Vail. Loop van eind december tot februari naar de ICe-kastelen. Loop in de zomer door de parkeerplaats naar Lake Dillon en Marina Park. Ook een gemakkelijke wandeling naar het nieuwe $ 8 miljoen Dillon Amfitheater met shows van juni tot september. Het Summit County Recreation Path ligt aan de overkant van de straat en heeft meer dan 50 mijl aan verharde paden om u naar alle steden en activiteiten in de omgeving te brengen. De jachthaven van Dillon ligt op slechts een paar blokken afstand met zeilboot en pontonboot, SUP en kajakverhuur. Loop naar restaurants, brewpub en parken. De gratis Summit Stage-shuttle is twee straten verderop. Een gemakkelijke rit naar City Market, REI, Starbucks, lokale sportartikelen en sneeuwsportverhuur, meer restaurants en brouwerijen en de Silverthorne Outlets. Great property and very comfortable accommodations . This property has everything you need and then some !We stayed for some shows at the amphitheater and it’s perfect for that .A 7 minute easy walk. We enjoyed staying here so much that next trip to Summit we will be here . No complaints at all and truly loved the property.

Overall we had a GREAT stay and would stay again. Our one disappointment was rhat we expected to have a gas grill that was advertised and it was not there. We has brought food and planned accordingly. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but we had to change part of our dinner to accommodate this.

Nice place

5 nights over Christmas break. Great location for hitting all the resorts, nice convenient liquor store, pub and ski rental place down the street. Nice to have bedrooms on separate floor from kitchen and living room. You can hear footsteps but if you walk softly it’s not bad. For the price this place is a good value. It’s not luxurious but it gets the job done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Dillon Pines rental was a fully functional and convenient stay for a short weekend Summit County ski trip. We had booked a condo in Frisco, but due to a furnace problem had to be cancelled. Summit Resort Group was excellent in communicating and making last minute changes to the Dillon Pines unit. Dillon Pines had easy access and parking. There is a great mud room for ski and snow equipment, but there are stairs between the bedrooms and living areas which may be tricky for some renters. The kitchen is well outfitted for light cooking. The grill did not work, but it appeared to be an easy fix. The only negative is check out. The Summit Resort Group required the keys to be dropped of at the office BEFORE the 10am check out. So you have to plan your day's activities around that drop off. Luckily, we were skiing in Keystone so it was on our way, but if we had been in Frisco or skiing in Breck, this would have been very inconvenient.

The kitchen was actually well stocked with decent cookware and knives as well as basic spices like salt and pepper. We had 4 people that slept very comfortably.My one complaint is that the internet was unusable. It was difficult to connect (didn't get connected until our second day there and had to call the management office to walk us through the process). Once connected, the internet was so slow that none of us actually used it. This was fine since we were just there for the weekend, but if you were planning on working remotely here, it probably isn't going to be a viable option. Overall satisfied with our stay, just wanted to issue that warning.

1st Time Colorado Experience

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The location was close to many great Colorado sites. We thoroughly enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park and Trail Ridge Road. Also, love the Garden of the Gods. Our kids enjoyed hiking around Dillion and playing in Lake Dillion. We also took the Gondolas at Breckenrighde up to peak 8. It was great first time visit in Colorado and this property was perfect for our family. Hope to be back soon!
