  • Timberline Condo 35 is een ruime, comfortabele, huisdiervriendelijke accommodatie aan het meer van Dillon. Eenvoudig ingericht 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers condo 10 personen! Zolderverdieping met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. Naast het nieuwe Dillon Amphitheater van $ 8 miljoen voor shows van juni tot september. De zomer Farmers Market is elke vrijdag in de voorkant van de flat. Aan de overkant van de straat ligt het Marina Park met verharde wandelpaden die in de winter open zijn en directe toegang tot het meer hebben. Gewelfde plafonds, flatscreen en houten open haard in de woonkamer. Gratis wifi en kabel. Jetted verzonken bad in bad. Eetkamer voor 6, keuken bar voor 3, patio tafel stoelen 4. Groot privé-terras met gewelfd plafond. Master suite heeft twee queensize bedden, een eigen badkamer, tv. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en QSS. Woonkamer heeft QSS. Hoofdbad heeft dubbele wastafels, verzonken bad en douche. Loop naar Dillon Marina voor boot, zeilboot, kajak, SUP-verhuur en Tiki Bar aan het meer. Luister naar de concerten bij het nieuwe Dillon Amphitheater van $ 8 miljoen vanaf het dek of loop over straat om deel te nemen aan het feest. Centraal in alle services: supermarkt, REI, Starbucks, verhuur van sneeuwsporten, winkels. Lopen naar restaurants, brewpubs, nachtleven, bowlen, parken. Op het Summit County Recreation Path dat zich uitstrekt van Keystone tot Copper Mountain en meer dan 30 mijl aan verharde fiets- en wandelpaden biedt. Minder dan 5 minuten naar de Silverthorne Outlets. De verharde paden van Dillon worden in de winter geploegd voor gebruik het hele jaar door. Geweldig om met de hond te wandelen. Wandel over het hele meer en bezoek de sculpturen van Dillon. In de winter is het slechts 5 minuten naar Keystone, 15 minuten naar Arapahoe Basin of Copper Mountain, 20 minuten naar Breckenridge, 30 minuten naar Vail.

Ski Weekend

This condo was perfect for a ski weekend! The fireplace was perfect to relax next to after a day of skiing. It was also a short walk to the Keystone bus stop which was perfect!

Best views from a spacious deck

All the reviews are pretty accurate - the place is a bit dated and unusual but the view are fantastic and everything is very comfortable.

Great location

Amazing location with the best view of lake Dillon! The space is large for a big group, and nice to prepare meals. The space is a bit funky but the main attraction was proximity and the outdoor deck. It was easy check in process and check out.

Great location. Nice view.

This condo has plenty of room, and a beautiful view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Our dog liked it too! Our only complaints are that there is no jacuzzi and that the beds and pillows very cushy.

Good location

Location was good and check in process was easy for arriving late at night. Cleanliness was marginal, empty fast food drink cups, discarded dirty paper towels and other random garbage under the bed and other furniture was problematic with two service dogs in the unit.

The condo had everything we needed. The family enjoyed the games provided, and the piano. The beds were comfortable. The only thing complaint is I wished it was a pet free condo. Previous guest that have stayed that had pets peed on the carpets and there is a pee smell. Other than that pretty satisfied! Also I recommend if your not from this area and you plan on staying a week or less rent an oxygen tank. My whole family had a hard time doing activities due to acclimatizing... The last day we were there we felt great than had to come home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was perfect - close to the local ski resorts, making it easy to get to and from the mountain! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping locations nearby, too. The view of the mountains over Dillon Lake was BEAUTIFUL!! The rental had two bathrooms, one of which had a unique showering experience and the other with an open plan with the vanity/sink located in the bedroom, creating some challenges getting ready if there were others sleeping in the room at the time. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils and items needed. The only recommendation I would have to improve future experiences for other guests are 1) have ziplock baggies available for packing lunches/snacks - this was one item that we didn’t account for and it would’ve been a blessing to have them on hand! 2) black out curtains in the bedrooms - adjusting to a time zone and traveling with young children poses challenges getting to sleep and there was significant light from the outdoor lights that shined through the blinds and 3) adding a small humidifier to each bedroom! The air was very dry which left us with bloody noses and sore throats! Overall, our stay was great!!

The only issue was the road construction including paving of the road right outside our balcony. We could not sit outside and talk due to the loud noise.and the smell of tar. This went on for 2 days , from 7am- 7pm. When I called the property management company they stated they this project has been going on since May . It would of been nice to know this before booking the reservation. Everything else was great!!!

The views off the balcony are beautiful overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with mountains in the distance. I'd say that's easily the best thing about this condo. We didn't recognize the interior from the photo online as it shows light and airy rooms. They aren't that way at all. The interior is very dark, the carpeting is old and tired, the furniture dated. It's in need of an overall update. it was clean and the kitchen setup was adequate.
