The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process.'

'This hotel is older and not very updated, but I called ahead to ask for adjoining rooms and a baby bed and they were very nice. I realized I had booked the wrong kinds of rooms and they were able to change it and add adjoining rooms for no extra charge. We did have an issue with the TV - the remote didn't work and the volume was blaring. It wasn't possible to fix while we were there but we were only there one night so we made it work.
