House in the centre - 500m from L'Ecluse beach

Welcome to Dinard, in the heart of the town centre, in this charming little stone house ideal for a family holiday. Perfectly situated between the large Écluse beach, Saint-Enogat beach and Prieuré beach, you will easily enjoy the sea, walks and water activities. Everything is within walking distance or by bike: shops, market, restaurants, beaches and summer events are just a stone's throw away.

The house is functional and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It contains 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and another in the attic.



At the back, a terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy the sun and your summer evenings in complete peace and quiet.



On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful living-dining room with green and white walls, and lovely wooden furniture. A comfortable sofa and two lovely armchairs invite you to sit around the coffee table for friendly aperitifs or board game evenings. A large oval table will allow you to gather for good meals, prepared with care in the adjoining kitchen. Independent and fully equipped, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. This level is completed by a bathroom with a small shower and a WC under the stairs.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), and another with a double bed (140x190) and a trundle bed (90x200). Hidden under the eaves, a mezzanine with two single beds and a desk area will be the ideal hideaway for children who love to dream closer to the stars, or for those who will need a teleworking space.



For added comfort, the house has a garden shed in which there is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the barbecue. You can also store your bicycles there. A hairdryer is also provided in the bathroom.



Parking is on public space, in the street in front of the house, which is free (except for the Veïl car park opposite the house which is paid July-August)
