Cocoonr offers this charming 48 m² flat for rent in Dinard, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (140×200) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a study area and a beauty area with a washbasin.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside area :
- A garden shared with other residents to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, the casino, etc.

Activities :
- Water sports: beach, sailing lessons, children's club on the beach
- Hiking: direct access to the GR34 to discover the coastal paths
- Access to St Malo by boat-bus for a visit to the corsair city
- Discover the Channel Islands, only an hour away by boat
- By car: visit Mont St Michel, St Malo, St Lunaire, Cancale by the sea, or Dinan, Combourg or Bécherel inland.
- Events: International film and book festival (Saint-Malo in May), international music festival (Dinard in July), the Great Tides...

If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge near the flat, or in the pay car park in Dinard town centre: Rue du Maréchal Leclerc, 35800 Dinard.

- Bus: two bus stops nearby (Eglise or Office de Tourisme) with links to the Rennes or Saint-Malo TGV stations.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, approximately 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, around 10 minutes' drive away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- 2 staircases to access the accommodation (1 external floor, 1 internal floor).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). For stays of more than 15 nights, a change of linen is compulsory.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
