Cocoonr Dinard agency offers this charming 80 m² town house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Just a 10-minute walk from the Prieuré beach and 600m from Dinard's famous market, the house comprises a pretty 30m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

N.b: Construction work is currently underway on a neighbouring building (due to be completed by the end of October 2026). Noise pollution may occur on weekdays during construction site hours: Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday mornings.

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor:
- A bright 30m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (including Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, fridge with 1 door integrated freezer, three-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven).
- A lounge and dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- An open-plan work area
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- A toilet

Upper level:
- A double bedroom (140x200cm), windows with net curtains and blackout curtains.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) (possibility of double bed configuration on request, to be notified when booking), windows with net curtains and blackout curtains.
- A shower room with walk-in shower and wc.

Outside:
- A 90 m² enclosed garden, including a 12 m² terrace equipped with a garden table and four chairs. Ker Denise offers its guests a Weber barbecue (charcoal not provided, the cleaning fee does not include cleaning, it must be returned clean and ready for use).

Neighbourhood:
- The property is located on the edge of the dynamic Newquay and Prieuré districts, a stone's throw from the seafront.
- Ker Denise is 10 minutes from Le Prieuré beach (which offers the best view in St Malo) and Port-Breton park.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 10-minute walk away.
- Ker Denise's geographical position means it is within easy reach of the main roads leading to the major tourist attractions (Le barrage de la Rance, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel and neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, etc.).

If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space. You will find free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Saint-Malo train station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car.
