'The staff could not have more accommodating! From the very start, assisting with luggage as well as promptly fixing our tv and apologizing for it giving us an issue. They also were so helpful giving us advise on where to go in town. It was drizzling and we had just finished the Ring of Kerry so we needed an Uber. They insisted on ordering us a cab for the same price and even walked us out and opened the cab doors for us. Saw us later back at the hotel and gave us welcome greeting and took great...
'Lovely stay here, a lot of breakfast options and you can mix and match what you want. There is also a bar, were we ate because we had a busy day and it was simple but good. The hotel is clean and pretty inside (older style though). The rooms were good and everything we needed was there. The only thing we didn´t like was that our bathroom had a shower curtain... it´s feels really unhygienic.'

'Lovely hotel in central Killarney. They offer free bike hire but we didn't have time to make use of that. Really comfy beds, clean rooms. There is a safe and air con but no fridge. Looks a little dated but perfectly adequate and still feels like a treat to stay there, especially with the pool and sauna/steam room. We booked Cafe du Parc for dinner, which ended up being a bit noisy for the kids (busy with drinkers), so we took it up in takeaway boxes to our rooms and went back down for dessert...
