'Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car and the concierge went above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us. Rooms were beautiful extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the nightlife with great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Killarney is a very walkable city and this hotel makes a great location as a base to go see the National Park, Mucross, or even taking a drive to Dingle....
