Very pretty area. Authentic farmhouse experience: comfy room, great breakfast, even the dogs were friendly. Good local dining options.

Lovely Scottish Experience
Very lovely quiet country setting overlooking Cromarty Firth. The hostess was very welcoming and made us feel at home as she showed us our room which was clean, neat and comfortable. We had the full Scottish breakfast both days we were there and it was superb! More than enough food, tea, and coffee to set you up for the day. She gave us recommendations for dinner spots and other sites to see. We had lovely chats and we felt more like company than B&B guests. We highly recommend staying here and we plan to again.

Can’t recommend this enough! The property was absolutely adorable and the host was the sweetest! Breakfast was delicious and waking up to the breathtaking views was amazing.

Driving into the property we weren’t sire but once inside, we were smitten. Romy (the host) was so accommodating and friendly. The house is impeccable and so quaint. Lots of area for guests to congregate and have entertainment. This was one of the best stays in all of Scotland.

What a great experience and home base for the majority of our Highlands tour! The property was peaceful and absolutely beautiful overlooking Cromarty Firth. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast each morning where we got to know her as well as other guests while sharing a meal together. The friendly dogs made it feel like home as I was missing my dog while away on holiday. Thank you for welcoming us into your home and making us feel like family while we were there! Wonderful memories made!

We stayed 3 nights and left longing for much more. The most comfortable bed I have slept on throughout our UK trip, gorgeous views and sunset. Fast, reliable internet. Very cosy and quiet while still being close to many interesting attractions. Romay is an amazing host and cares for every detail, it really felt like home in the farmhouse. Delicious breakfast!

Wonderful Scottish large cottage with cozy guest rooms on a large farm. Romay is the ultimate friendly host, helping with my bags, giving local suggestions for sightseeing and eating. Great breakfast! Accommodated an earlier check in upon my arrival and earlier breakfast when departing! Beautiful walk around grounds and Moray Firth. I'll be back!

Generally friendly and relaxed place. A bit disorganised. Best to take pyjamas as you may need to exit your room at night to use the bathroom or make a cup of tea. Nice breakfast and views over open countryside. No shampoo provided.

WONDERFUL!
Absolutely recommend and will return. Incredibly convenient for main road to the north (and not that far from the Ullapool side either), yet you wouldn’t know you were close to a main road when staying here. Panoramic views at breakfast but most importantly the feeling of being welcomed and totally at ease in a good friends home with plenty of space and never feeling in someone’s way. Delightful. A couple of very friendly dogs, some pigs and such chickens. My dog and I had our best nights sleep in ages. Who would ever want to leave?!

Best B&B in Scotland!
Absolutely gorgeous inside and out! We only stayed one night but will remedy that in the future. Absolutely charming well appointed house with magnificent views and gracious hosts. Loved it!
