'They texted me several times before our stay, updating us about anything happening. Staff was welcoming, our XL tiny home was beautiful with a great view of the Colorado River. We saw the moon and stars from our bed and watched as 2 deer came by in the early morning for a walk along the river. '

'It was such a beautiful, clean and calm place. There’s a park across the street, perfect for kids. Lots to eat and do around. Our room had everything we needed and it felt like we were at home. We will definitely be back with all of our family!!'

'Spacious, luxurious, modern house. Small kinks here and there but promptly addressed by the management. Excellent location, outdoor dining with views on red rocks and LaSalle mountains. Would benefit from a better coffee maker.'

'Neat little spot with amazing views!!! Tucked off a main road but still felt removed and peaceful, owner was awesome! Had a minor issue when we arrived however problem solved in less than 5 minutes!! Will book this again next time we’re in Grand Junction!'

'The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. 'Needed a place to stay overnight for my pup and I. This carriage house did just that and more! It is a very cute house with a wonderful little garden that allowed my pup freedom to be outside to do his business. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Would love to come stay again!'

'This place is in a great location! Close to everything. Some confusion on the way the plugs work (which I think they will fix in their instructions). The place is very clean and the amenities are great!! The only thing is it is very bright all during the night. You MUST wear the eye covers provided if you like it dark when you sleep. The outside street lights are on all night. We were fine with wearing them. But, overall a good experience! '

'Wonderful location just off Main Street with easy walking to town center for shops, restaurants, and other venues. This home was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs including hosting a front yard cook out for 15 other family members in town for a long weekend wedding celebration. '

'The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction '
