'We arrived into a lobby with no air conditioning and doors open. Red Flag. We were put at the very end of the property to see an elderly man sitting outside his door smoking and drinking alcohol. Upon entering the room, it was very hot. Thermostat didn't work to find out later was the heat. Tried to call but no phone connection. Drove back and she said to plug in cord or reset. Moved a desk for plug only to find rat poop. Found a small window unit in bathroom. I was uncomfortable...

'We checked in to this hotel ad was immediately turned off by the people staying there. We saw a lady in the front of the hotel that was very shady looking. We checked into the hotel room and saw stains on the bed, on the wall and the bathroom was unclean. My wife and two children were scared to stay here so we immediately checked out within 10 minutes and moved into another hotel. 'I liked that this place was outside the downtown area because it felt like a camping trip next to a lake, yet in close proximity to the festivities in downtown Rapid City with all the 4th of July events for the country's 250th celebration. Yes, it's an older property so furniture is "dated" but it's clean and quiet. Staff is always very helpful. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt naar de receptie gegaan wat hier de bedoeling van was, antwoord we moesten de handdoeken en afval buiten zetten. Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen.
