'We LOVED this palatial property. The lobby florals were stunning and changed daily. We got a room overlooking the front fountains which I recommend. The swimming pool is the largest & fanciest I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible. Alesia in the lobby was very helpful and kind. Fascial the butler was equally attentive and funny. Shukran for a fabulous stay. '

good staff and excellent receptionists . Special thanks to the great receptionist Saleh on the afternoon shift . he was very helpful from the moment i arrived , he did not hesitate to offer help and provide the best guest care and following up with it till the check out time.

It offers you the same level of comfort of the JW Marriott (which is nearby) for one third of the price. And the rooftop pool and gym are outstanding. Will certainly come back to this hotel in the future. '
