'Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like...

'There were pry marks on the exterior side of the door to our room, the bedding had old stains, the room smelled of mildew, the fridge didnt work even after being plugged in. The room was small and therl outlets were few. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but the room was not mutch cheapet than the other hotels in the surrounding area. The bed was firmer than I would like but tolerable and the shower head was tall enough for a 6' tall person, but I would not stay here again.'

'Only reason I stayed here was because there was a deal for half off the 3 bedroom (2 queen beds and 2 twin). We reserved and went to property, but the guy without saying a word switched us to the smallest room (1 bed). We had to go back and he insisted despite proof of our reservation that we had to pay twice as much if we wanted our initial room. Once we paid the additional price, we were given a decent sized room. The shower didn't drain, the toilet gasket leaked, the wall boards were moldy,...
