'We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing.'

After coming to the terms we just had to stay the night we were getting settled down and when I opened the drawer to set my keys down an empty Tito's shot bottle rolled out. 'Better than expected! Very nice room, comfy bed. This is one of the few hotels that did NOT have a broken shower rod. Nice breakfast, would recommend!'

'The room was awful. I don’t need anything fancy, just clean but this was gross. The housekeeping and maintenance staff need help. I arrived late and the beds were clean (and every other hotel was booked) so we crashed but I will never stay at a Baymont again. '97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :('

'Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice.'

'The hotel smelled horrible! the carpets were filthy. Breakfast was unedible. 1 ice chest for 4 floors and it leaked. The shower has mold on the grout. The hot water was cold. Plus no water pressure. The tiles were cracked and broken. We were left 2 large towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washclothes for 4 people. The shampoo and conditioner were empty (I brought my own!) The front desk was non existant. There was a phone number to call, but no one answered. bed sheets were clean and no bugs...
