5-bed apartment located on the seafront in Marina di Marittima, for vacations just a stone's throw from the picturesque Acquaviva Cove. The house is located on the ground floor.
The complex has a private gate that allowsdirect accessto the sea right next to Lido Ficò.
 
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, TV, mosquito nets and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.
Apartment sleeps 5 with direct access to the sea, at the Cala dell`Acquaviva.
An entrance gate leads to small courtyard shared with the apartment upstairs.
A lovely veranda equipped with a washing machine and outdoor shower is the outdoor space where you can spend time outdoors.
The
apartment`s interiors are cozy, simple and equipped with everything you
need for a peaceful vacation by the sea. They consist of living room
with open kitchen, dining room and single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds and 1 full shower room.

apartment in the Affaccio Calipso complex is located facing the road.
Crossing, there is a private gate from which a stone staircase leads
directly to the cliff and the sea.
The property is a short walk from the picturesque Cala di Acquaviva, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Salento. Very close is the town of Castro, which is worth visiting for its beautiful historic center and various cultural and tourist attractions.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the kitchen.
