'The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)'

'I stayed here with my daughter for a week long vacation. The property is beautiful, clean and bright. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Can't say enough about how much we loved staying here. The included breakfast was delicious, made to order, and there were a few options to choose from. We loved having a kitchenette area. The street it's located on is nice and quiet but convenient to the enormous park where the castle and so many museums are, as well as the Paseo. We were so glad...

'This was a great stay for my husband and I. We felt the check in instructions were very easy to follow, we could access our room by elevator or stairs. The building has a security guard near the entrance which was very nice, they were always very polite and helpful. The amenities provides were also great, especially having A/C. The noise is very minimal, but can get more festive on the weekend. Luckily a sound machine and ear plugs are provided. We enjoyed the many great cafes and restaurants...

'We had an amazing stay at Kolben Nuoma.
The place is very clean with essentials like a laundry area in a closed balcony.
The staff was wonderful and always there to greet no matter time of the day.
We love the location a lot. Walkable to many attractions but situated in a very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe at night walking to close by restaurants. '

'Very beautiful little boutique hotel. Some small things that would make my rating 5 stars include hairdryers in every room (rather than on request), breakfast is simple (but there are many options nearby), technicians could be faster in addressing minor issues (bulb replacements). On the whole though it’s close but not quite 5/5 for me.'
