Some small things that would make my rating 5 stars include hairdryers in every room (rather than on request), breakfast is simple (but there are many options nearby), technicians could be faster in addressing minor issues (bulb replacements). 'This was a great stay for my husband and I. We felt the check in instructions were very easy to follow, we could access our room by elevator or stairs. The building has a security guard near the entrance which was very nice, they were always very polite and helpful. The amenities provides were also great, especially having A/C. The noise is very minimal, but can get more festive on the weekend. Luckily a sound machine and ear plugs are provided. We enjoyed the many great cafes and restaurants...

'The breakfast was amazing as was the room. Staff very welcoming and within 15 minute walk to the metro or bus. The decor and the large bathtub was a joy to come back to after a long day of walking. As it was December, the use of the little heater was just perfect. A great place to stay!'

'Had a very good stay! The only remark is that the WIFI is bad!! Bad connection in part of the suite. Too much steps to connect to free wifi and some times limited or unable to connect. When it works its fast enough but got like 3 different addresses for connection at the end and one was only for connection sitting in the lobby (as they informed).
