'Erg vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer, erg schoon, mijn partner kreeg elke informatie die hij wilde hebben om de bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken in de stad en ik alleen maar de straat hoefde over te steken om naar het WTC te wandelen waar ik naar toe moest voor een congres van 4 dagen. 'One star because the elevator fell down one floor while I was in it together with my partner. It stopped and we pressed the alarm button. After some time it started moving again and we could get out. We were both very scared by this. We told the staff but they didn’t do anything, not even closed the elevator. Besides this there were many more things wrong with the service at this hotel, but where overshadowed by this. I will update my post later with more details about the service.'
