Welcome to Black Dog Brookside, your serene, pet-friendly forest escape nestled in the heart of Lynn Valley.

Bordering a rushing mountain creek and surrounded by towering trees, this main-floor suite offers the perfect blend of rugged West Coast nature and cozy, modern comfort.

Whether you are here to tackle world-class mountain bike trails, hike through the temperate rainforest, or simply unwind by the fire with your four-legged best friend, you will find your slice of paradise right here.

The space
Our bright, ground-level suite features a semi-open-concept design that connects you directly to nature. Both the master bedroom and the living room feature sliding glass doors that frame the views of the forest creek embankment.

The Bedroom: Unwind in a King-size bed outfitted with premium linens, looking directly out into the trees.

The Living Room: Warm up after a day of exploring next to the gas fireplace. In summer, this is the coolest suite in the house. Features a comfortable sofa bed (perfect for extra guests), a Smart TV with a Roku streaming stick, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

The Kitchen & Dining: A full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, plus a dedicated coffee station to kickstart your mornings.

Bathroom & Laundry: A clean, full bathroom and a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Guest access
Privacy: Guests have full, exclusive access to this entire main-floor suite and its dedicated outdoor seating areas.

Family Home Note: This is a family home. While the suite is completely private, we live upstairs with our family. You may occasionally hear daytime footsteps or minor household noise from above. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure everyone gets a peaceful night's rest.

Guests are asked to try to observe Midnight to 7:00 AM as their quiet hours.

Max 5 guests, but note: there are 2 beds, 1 king size in bedroom and 1 sofa bed in living room.

We may be able to supply additional mattresses upon request.
