'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'My son and I arrived at 2 pm. Check in was at 4 pm. We were greeted by a very friendly desk agent, Angelica. She told us our room was available! What a treat to be able to check in early after a 5 hr flight. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The free daily breakfast was delicious and there were different menu options available each day. We also used the pool and jacuzzi. Both were heated! Pool deck was clean. Loved the outdoor TVs.'

'The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However the rooms didn't look as nice as the pictures showed. There were also some fees that weren't disclosed on the Expedia website. Like the $200 deposit, or the $38 per night parking fees or the $30 per day cleaning fee. Also there were roaches in the room. 'Best deal and well worth the price. Staff was friendly and available 24 hours a day. Food open till 2 am right next door. Able to walk around and explore'

'Very nice and clean room, there was just a reading light missing. Breakfast buffet very complete.'

'Property was nice, great location but our room was gross. It smelled so musty. The hallway leading to our room was super dirty. The carpet was dirty. Wall vents were full of dust and spider webs in corners. The caps on the sides of the toilet were covered in urine .. explains why it smelled like urine so much. Not sure if other floors are the same .. but we stayed on the 5th floor.'

'Room was clean, the drinks at the bar were strong and the pool was conveniently located next to the bar. It is 25 dollars for parking a night and I wish there was more room in the bathroom to put your things but the stay was fantastic overall'

'The shower leaked. I told the front desk about it but they didn’t seem that concerned, so we had to deal with water all over the floor when we showered. Housekeeping staff took the extra pillows we requested so we had to ask for them, and wait for them, a second time.'

'The room itself was fine and the beds and bathroom were clean. However, despite booking a room with two queen beds for four people, we were only provided with two bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel. When I went to the desk to ask for more, they gave us worn-out bath towels and completely left out the extra washcloths and hand towels. Disappointing service for a group stay.'

'Overall a decent place. Only ended up having breakfast at the restaurant once, but it was good and easy to just charge to the room. Even though our room was right off the stairs it was still remarkably quiet. Appreciated having EV chargers onsite, even though Tesla network isn't the cheapest. Biggest drawback is the bed was HARD. I was in town for a competition and it was not easy to get comfortable to actually rest.'

'The facility is in need of a major makeover. Rooms are dingy and in need of a fresh coat of paint, gouges in the door, toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Owners obviously not putting capital back into the facility. Very noisy place, from the loud freeway noise to the pounding footsteps from the floor above. The room was clean though. However I would recommend choosing another place for accommodations!'
