'It’s in a great location and it was just the right amount of space for us. However, we are very disappointed in the services that were not provided. Our check in time was delayed an hour and still had to wait as the cleaning lady didn’t show up until 5. The cleaning lady supposedly cleaned the entire place in 10 minutes. We had to finish the laundry so we could have clean towels. There were no bed sheets in the laundry so they obviously were not changed from the previous guests. So, we ended up...

'The host replied very promptly to my messages. The pictures was exactly as advertised, what you see is what you got and more. The heated Pool and enclosed hot tub was a very nice treat after a long drive. Loved the interior decorating, very authentic. Everything you need was there with a lovely welcoming basket. There is a huge park near the house walking distance about 10 min for kids to play, ride bikes and have picnics. A strip mall that has a gas station, food store and liquor store and...

'Ryan and Heather were excellent with their detailed communication. The Den is well set up and kept very clean. It is a quiet space in a quiet neighborhood. The beds and Linens were very comfortable and we appreciate having pillows to chose from. Directions to were excellent. A car is necessary for the area - but lots to see and do within minutes. We will definitely return when in the area.'
