'Hotel Lomnica is the absolutely top choice in High Tatras. Every single team member we met was, without fault, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!'

Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was unfailingly polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Excelsior and would not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends, or anyone visiting the area.
