Villa Niko**** is a fully renovated house located in a small village within walking distance of the sea. The large yard and its amenities offer plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. The main floor features a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything else needed to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-concept living area with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV with satellite channels, and a dining table. On the first floor are a master bedroom and a children’s bedroom—which can easily be converted into a bedroom for a couple—as well as a bathroom. Both rooms have been newly decorated and feature large king-size beds, offering an amazing view of the beautiful natural surroundings and the pool. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and hair dryer. A large covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a grill area, a kids’ corner with swings, and a large private pool surrounded by cozy deck chairs under the shade of a canopy is just a small part of what this house and our island have to offer. The entire house and outdoor area have free Wi-Fi. This villa features a garden and free parking. Villa Niko**** is fully air-conditioned, and all windows and entrance doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
Villa Niko**** is located in the northern part of the island. In our village, you’ll see sheep grazing, and you can enjoy the view from the terrace while listening to “the silence of nature.” The location offers plenty of opportunities for excursions and entertainment. In addition to the famous Biserujka Cave and a nearby beach—just a few minutes’ walk from the house down a natural path—there are many biking and hiking trails, diving centers, as well as boat and ATV rentals, and many other activities around the island. Close to Villa Niko**** is our dog-friendly beach. What’s more, the famous Uvala Soline, known for its healing mud, is just 5 km from the villa! The spectacular town of Cizici, with its restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, bakery, and grocery store, is also the same distance away.
