'This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. 'Bezoek was tijdens het laag seizoen. Kamers waren sober en vochtig ,waarscheinlijk door zware regen van de afgelopen weken. In het restaurant was maar een gedeelte van de menu kaart verkrijgbaar. Maar eten was wel van een zeer goede kwaliteit.'

'This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals.'
