'My sister and I stayed for 5 days during the end of May. We did not use the pool but we did sit outside by the fire pit each night with the gas fire burning. A little chilly but was quiet and peaceful and we loved it. The continental breakfast was always great with everything a person would want. I loved the handheld shower, amazing water pressure. The couch hide-a-bed was a little to be desired though as you could feel the metal bars under the very thin mattress. Our microwave did not...

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'The hotel in appearance was nice. It had a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym. Sadly the towels in the pool area were not getting refreshed at times. My room 324 did not have a working AC so I had to move to a different room. Front staff was not rude just not accommodating. Overall it was an okay stay. '

'Staff was courteous and attentive. Property was overall clean. After being in the room for about 45 mins we realized room’s fridge was not working properly so we told front desk staff. They moved us to another room. This room had a sofa bed and when we opened it, there was food residues like chips, popcorn… we didn’t use it because it wasn’t clean. Beds were comfortable. TV: we used the remote to look for a channel guide but we couldn’t figure it out. We had to go one by one to find programs...
