'The staff were so welcoming, warm, and kind to my sister and I; we were traveling with 5 kids on NYE! The hotel is new and super clean, and the kids had so much fun at the pool. The hotel is an ideal location close to Legoland and Great Lakes Crossing, so going back and forth was easy. Our rooms had a mini kitchen which was handy for quick snack prep. The room was spacious with a huge island and the sofa bed was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed it stay so much that we extended our stay by a day.'

'Our room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'Been to many holiday Inn. This by far is the best one I’ve been to. Super clean and up to date with design. Bed was comfy. The toilet was probably the star of the show. It was heated and had a bidet. Breakfast was amazing with good food and drinks. Love the fact that they kept refilling with fresh food all morning. I didn’t get to try the pool with the family but it was worth the stay and drive during the winter storm. '

'The woman at the front desk, Charlotte was very cordial. I loved the fact that my room 216 was cleaned while I was out shopping all day on Wed. I loved the breakfast bistro on Wed morning, both staff members were very friendly & service was top notch. However, the woman who worked on Thur morning acted tired & didn’t want to be at work. Very unfortunate.'

'The room and stay were excellent, except the breakfast was lacking. We stayed for four days, and there were always just a few little pieces of hot food in the serving stations. There was either nothing in them, or we took the last of the food because that’s all that was there, and others were left waiting or without. It wasn’t what we expected, as we were looking for a satisfying breakfast before going out for the day. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and clean!'

'아침식사는 일부 메뉴가 바뀌며 나와서 좋음. 가끔 쌀밥과 김이 제공되어 좋았음. 객실 깨끗함. 일부 시설 고장이 있어 개선요청하니 룸 체인지로 대응해주어 잘 해결됨. 주방 사용성이 좋아 장기 숙박에 유리함. 재방문의사 있음. 주변에 Target,Kroger,Meijer,Costco 인접하여 생활성 좋음. 주차공간 넓어 좋음. 작지만 Gym도 있어서 실내 런닝을 할 수 있음.'
