Pros- The staff is very friendly. The rooms seemed very clean. Breakfast was a nice offer- continental style with several options. There is a fridge (no freezer) in the room as well as a microwave. I appreciated the makeup wipes. The location is very convenient for the activities we had planned for our short trip.
Cons- we picked this hotel for its proximity to nearby attractions and the fact that it had a pool. The pool and hot tub heating elements were not functioning correctly. The hot tub was about 95 degrees and pool was 72. This rendered the pool too cold for swimming, much to my kiddos disappointment.
We also requested more towels and pillows (they were weird sized squares?), which staff said they would bring. They did not bring them. Asked a second time and they were still not brought to the room.
The tv was very difficult to figure out - we had to google the remote to even learn that it was impossible to interact with the TV guide so we could not scroll and click on a show, or jump ahead to the next hour block.
Overall we would return, but definitely would keep the cons in mind for the next trip.
