We bookes half board for the whole stay.
But for three evenings we faced problems using it.
At first we were rejected in the said restaurant, because our rate does not include half board (although: at the check-in we were expressly said to go to this restaurant). By chance we met a manager of the service section, he clearified, he apologized and for the next days we had our table in the buffet restaurant and it was fine for us. Another day we were told: restaurant is fully booked, we have to use the outside-restaurant on the third floor; but as it was very windy, nothing was prepared there, they didn’t expect anybody due to the wind. By chance we met another service manager, who took care for us and arranged within 10 minutes a table for us; and we looked around: the restaurant was not fully booked-several table were not used.
Finally: we were a family of six persons with 2 little kids among us!!
This was a bigger issue in communication inside the hotel, which was disappointing for us
