Hotel voor kort verblijf
Prima hotel voor 2 á 3 nachten, daarna wil je dan ook echt weg. Bij aankomst was de vloer niet gestofzogen, dit is dag daarna direct gedaan. Wij hebben in een tweepersoonskamer gezeten met één baddoek, dit 3 x aangegeven en alle drie de keren zou dit geregeld worden, ook hebben ze hun excuus aangeboden, helaas alsnog geen 2e baddoek gezien en drie dagen lang baddoek moeten delen met mijn vrouw. Kamers klein maar goed te doen. Personeel verder vriendelijk, behulpzaam, tevens heeft het hotel een free shuttle naar de Airport. In de omgeving geen eettentjes of supermarkten. Wel te vinden binnen een afstand van 10 minuten.

Vertegenwoordigers/zakenlijk hotel
Wij waren met zijn tweeen, maar moest elke dag vragen om een tweede stel handdoeken. De kamer werd wel goed bijgehouden maar is echt aan renovatie toe, vooral de vloerbedekking deze is echt versleten en vervuild. Het hotel staat echt in een grote bouwput, alhoewel heel Doha is een grote bouwplaats.

For the price is totally ok but in general its a very old hotel and the room was really old. A very strong moisture smell was in the room. I guess it depends on the money you pay. When you pay more you get a better and moderner room. The place is very good and very close to almeena, souq waqef, islamic art museum, qatar museum

I didn't think that the room was as old as some of the reviews said, but not brand new. Surely the management should think about the maintenance before the guests start spreading the bad reputation, like the security box does not work to close and is not even fixed to the wall, the cage place of soap in the bathtub falls down on the floor, black crows keep living right next to the window making it dirty day by day. It is the maintenance that the hotel management should consider the most. The most urgent task is the water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom above. The location is very nice, close to the centre of the tourist area, 10 minutes walk to the Souq Waqif and the National Museum. On the other hand, it's quiet both day and night. It seems to be run by one of the Indian capital's. The price depends on the season, which is inevitable. Some of the staff were friendly during my long stay of 10 nights, assuming that they remembered me.

Staff need training
Checking in was a pain, standing at the desk for nearly an hour all the staff there seemed confused and didnt know what to do when i finally got dealt with then mid way through begin to start dealing with someone else again. Room was clean and tidy, shower not great tho it took a long time for water to get warm and then the water didnt drain away so it was always flooded in there. Location was good.

This hotel has the best housekeeping service we had in the world we visited all 5 continents over 50 hotels these guys are great, great service only issue is the gentleman in charge of the gym and pool, he must be replaced he is not professional nor respectful

They gave me a room above the noisy airconditioning vent. Hot water needs 20 minutes to get to the shower. Reception staff keeps forgetting the room number during our discussion and keeps asking for it. Terrible stay !#@

Overall it's not a bad property/hotel. My only problem is the 4-star rating they portray. At their very best as well they won't cross 3 stars. The building is in a very convenient location and good from the outside. Once you are inside the room, not so much. Lacks basic amenities like a proper set of toiletries, slippers etc. The room is also not that spacious. The key fob works half of the time. I requested iron and board but both came dirty. No slippers and more. Again, it's not a bad hotel in general just not the right ratings as per my experience.

Room temp could not be adjusted despite the thermostat allowing for settings. It just stayed at 16 to 17 degrees centigrade which was too cold at night. Hot water took about 20 minutes of running on full flow before getting hot. Unacceptably long time and huge waste of water.

Ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles, je déconseille
Très déçue de mon sejour En terme de propreté certains points sont à revoir En terme de confort également, j'ai passée de mauvaises nuit tellement il faisait froid (jusqu'à 13° dans la chambre) à cause de la clim qui n'est pas réglable malgré le boitier mis à disposition dans la chambre.. il ne sert finalement à rien En terme d'équipements, un sèche cheveux est mis à disposition mais il ne fonctionne pas, toutes les prises ne fonctionnent pas Niveau restauration, le restaurant de l'hôtel est cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé, ils fonctionnent par buffets et le choix, la diversité n'est pas adaptée à tous sinon il faut payer encore plus cher pour le room service D'ailleurs si vous souhaitez grignoter et commander une part de gâteau, vous aurez une part qui etait au surgelé et dont le goût n'est pas exceptionnelle Enfin bref, vaut mieux manger dehors Le seul avantage est que l'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au souq Waqif et musées Sinon le quartier en soit n'est pas le plus agréable.. Bilan : très déçue, je n'y retournerai pas, je le déconseille, privilégiez un autre hotel, quitte à payer un peu plus cher, c'est ce que je ferai la prochaine fois

They were very polite, but when I arrived I was in the room and a man forced the door and broke the lock. He was going to leave a cup that was missing and thought nobody was there. He apologized but scared me a lot. The teapot wasnt working and when I told the recepcionist, she did nothing, not even apologize. Breakfast is good. The hotel is old but comfortable.

As a four-star facility, I had to request a Toothbrush, No soap or shower gel was available. The room was not cleaned daily. There was a water leak from the toilets due to water from the shower being stranded. However, The front desk staff was good, smiling and helpful. The cleaners and especially the Security at the gate were very nice and smiling.

Excellent service
The staff were excellent, very friendly & very accommodating. They even opened the breakfasy early as I had an early flight. Hotel is in a decent location too. The only negative, being picky, is the room was slightly dated, but not very, however the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Did not like breakfast at all . Not enough food for the price. Never seen 4 star hotels breakfast like this .
