'Frida's is a lovely beach house, well set up and equipped. Listing is very accurate. The verandah and wood fire are stand outs. Excellent communications with owners.'

'We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed. Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house! We highly recommend this place! '

'Just a 2 min walk to the beach was just perfect. The veiws fron the upstairs balcony was just magic.Pet friendly was an added vonus with a doggie door in the laundry which was very convenient. My mum enjoyed the views from her bedroom and cant wait to rebook the property for our next stay.'

'The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my daughter and I with a great kitchen and the added bonus of supplies in the pantry. We added a few nonperishables to the collection for future guests. Close enough to the beach that you could hear the waves even though you couldn't see them '

'Amazing little spot our second stay and loved it '

'This property is well equipped with extras in terms of the kitchen. Relax to the sound of the surf on the beach and a good view. I came home refreshed and relaxed having enjoyed walking my spoodle along the many beaches around the area. '

'Absolutely beautiful little retreat - quite a surprising little sanctity. Great place as a sleepover between a byron/Sydney drive halfway. Beautiful cottage, breakfast basket and supplies in the kitchen - kids loved the toys’ '

'The property and its location and traditional beach style ambience could not be bettered from our point of view.It had fantastic views across the beach/sea and the Blackhead "bowl" which could not be bettered. The open plan living from the kitchen area through to the dining and lounge areas, and then onto the balcony was expansive with beautiful timber floors and comfortable furniture. The three bedrooms were very pleasant with their individual views, and the additional downstairs utility area...

'Unfortunately for us we stayed whilst a severe weather event impacted the entire mid north coast of NSW so our hiking and mountain biking plans weren’t able to be met. The property is as presented and very comfortable. Our hosts were also very communicative and generous in allowing us to stay longer, should we have needed to, due to the significant flooding in the area. Very much appreciated. '
