'The pool and hot tub were not working. The water and the workout facility was not working. The cleaning wipes in the workout facility were dry. They were out of yogurt for breakfast. First thing in the morning. There was a bug running across the floor at breakfast.'

'The staff was very friendly -- albeit, not present at the desk, but just a phone call away. The building itself was a bit ominous on the outside, and we were greeted by a parking lot fight. Still unsure who the man was screaming at because we didn't see or hear a secind person, but the angered man was definitely mad at someone. Once inside the room, it was actually nicer than expected. The bed was fairly comfortable, but every time I turned the springs in the mattress creeked. The bathroom door...

'Property has had numerous owners, Strong smell of sewage on all floors. Walls in room need painted, draperies shows signs of neglect, bathroom floor needs replaced, tub unusable for bath, shower only. Wingate by Wyndham located in Vienna WV great place to stay, much cleaner 12.0 miles away'

'Needed only 1 night as we were passing through from Florida, back to Canada. Last night our check-in girl, Chrissy. I think her her name was. She was a delight, full of energy, super polite professional. Even walked us to the elevator and had friendly conversation. She was the best part of our stay. Room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was good too. '
