Broderick By The Bay

Het is een lang jaar geweest en je hebt hard gewerkt! Nu is het jouw beurt om te ontsnappen aan dit prive, dubbele locatie aan het water in de winter Bay. Het is ver genoeg van de stad, maar toch dicht genoeg bij de dagtochten genieten. Geniet van een vroege ochtend duik in het zwembad. Het zwembad temperatuur wordt gehouden op 80 graden, dus het is altijd uitnodigend voor u!

Deze kwaliteit van de gebouwde huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om uw vakantie te genieten. De zeer lichte, gastronomische keuken en eiland met 5 krukken in de voorkant van de eetkamer, kunt u om achterover te leunen en te ontspannen.

FACILITIES
Grote zonneterrassen op zowel de bovenste en onderste niveaus geven een prachtig uitzicht over de baai!
Een privacy hek en dek rondom het zwembad zijn ideaal om te zonnebaden.
Keuken, woonkamer, eetkamer, Familiekamer, 4 slaapkamers, 3-delige bad, 4 stuk Bath.
Highspeed internet, telefoon, tv, schotelantenne, stereo-installatie, videorecorder, kleding wasmachine en droger geven u alle voorzieningen van thuis.
De volledig gemoderniseerde keuken is ingericht met een koelkast, oven, gasfornuis, vaatwasser, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, koffiemolen en een broodrooster.
Bestek, servies en linnengoed / beddengoed zijn aanwezig.

De vier luxe slaapkamers + slaapbank in de woonkamer, comfortabel slapen 10+.

Reserveringen worden alleen geaccepteerd voor verblijven op zaterdag en zaterdag.
Golfbanen van wereldklasse, Cavendish National Park, Anne's Land, restaurants, verse zeevruchten, diepzeevissen, pottenbakkers- en handwerkwinkels, kunstgalerijen, kajakken op zee en fietsen zijn slechts enkele van de lokale activiteiten in de buurt.
Voor deze reservering gelden de annuleringsvoorwaarden van het bedrijf. Er worden terugbetalingen gedaan tot 60 dagen vóór de incheckdatum.
Er wordt 100% restitutie verleend voor reizigers die ten minste 60 dagen voor het inchecken annuleren. Een terugbetaling van 50% wordt verstrekt voor reizigers die 30 tot 59 dagen voor het inchecken annuleren. Er worden geen terugbetalingen gedaan voor reizigers die minder dan 30 dagen voor het inchecken annuleren. CanadaStays-boekingskosten worden terugbetaald als u binnen 48 uur na het plaatsen van uw boekingsverzoek annuleert.

Cozy cottage with nice view

Nice clean cottage and property with nice beach and view. Close to attractions in Cavendish, Charlottetown, national parks and deep sea fishing (North Rustico etc.) The location allows reaching most of the island with a reasonable drive for day trips.

Lovely Cottage

We loved our stay at the Brodericks' cottage. The space was perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents and dog, with a great pool and ample comfortable, breezy space. The location is gorgeous, with unbelievable sunsets, lots of herons, eagles, opsreys, kingfishers and other other birds looking for fish. The hosts were excellent. We'll be back.

An Outstanding Issue BEWARE

After many stays booked through VRBO over many years this experience has turned sour. We were charged more than twice the rate for PEI Goods and Services Tax than is set by the government. Errors happen, we understand that and feel that we have been reasonable in our dealings with both the owner of the property and VRBO. We expected that the error would be corrected. When we realized the error we contacted both VRBO and Alexis. Alexis assured us that the overpayment would be reimbursed by VRBO on the completion of our stay. We completed our stay 26 days ago and we have received no repayment despite many communications between ourselves and VRBO. Our stay at the house was lovely and we have no complaints whatsoever in regards to the accommodation, only to the billing and the failure of VRBO to correct the mistake. I would be happy to amend this review when this matter is cleared up but for now we are most disappointed in VRBO and would not recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay

The cottage had plenty of space for 7 which were made up of three generations. The pool was a big hit for everyone and was used everyday. We ate all our meals and spent evenings in the gazebo. The cottage was close to a great seafood take out Fin Folk and ice cream place and a beach you can walk on for miles. The whole family enjoyed our week and made a lot of memories.

Amazing Retreat

We visited the property in Corran Ban for two full weeks. It was like a oasis for all who enjoyed our stay. We had 7 visitors in total and there was room for everyone and then some. Close to beaches and Charlottetown made our stay even more rewarding. Nothing was really any more than 30 minutes away in any direction. Far enough to enjoy the privacy of this wonderful home, pool and grounds, but close enough for other adventures. Our hosts were very accommodating and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The pool was a game changer and early and late evening swims were something we all enjoyed! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for an awesome oasis on a beautiful island!

Lovely week by the sea

We were very happy to find this lovely house. It's out of the way property, yet close enough to all activities. Amenities were plentiful and the screened in porch a real bonus for our family dinners. Bedrooms are very comfy and well appointed. (an ensuite for the Master would be Devine though!) Note to future rentors: plenty of local vendors sell campfire wood on roadside for the lovely firepit; bring soap or body wash with you, as none was provided; do take a drive to Bloomingpoint and Tracadie Bay beaches(down Harbour road). Both are gorgeous and so close by...kayaking is available at Tracadie Beach, where you can cross the bay to magnifient beaches and dunes.Bonus...Its about 7 minutes away! A wonderful week was had by all. Many thanks!

Off the main roads.

We were able to find the place thanks to modern technology! It was a perfect spot. Quiet, gorgeous view of the bay, and a pool to cool off in. Lovely maintained grounds with flowers everywhere. We were able to eat nightly in the screened in Gazebo. There was no lack of necessities. Edie and John have supplied all that is needed plus more. Large place, lots of room to sit indoors a outdoors. Our little Shih Poo loved running around in the grass on the property. If you want a quiet retreat this is the place. Thank you for a memorable holiday. The Plantes

Great for family

This is a wonderful place for a family. The pool was fantastic and there are plenty of choices to sit in either the sun or the shade. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of closet space (so often missing in a cottage). The location is very private and quiet yet Tracadie beach, which is perfect for young children, is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend it.

Fell in love with Broderick by the Bat

This vacation was everything we wanted it to be. The house was perfect. The bedroom on the first floor was ideal for the member of the family that could not do stairs. The den was perfect for the teenager that wanted to play video games. The pool and screened in porch made it possible to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. The owners were gracious and quick to take care of any little issues that might happen which were a few. The family agreed it was one of our best vacations in prince Edward Island was worth the travel .

We didn't want to leave!

We had such an amazing time! The cottage was clean and comfy and definitely big enough for our family; The kids - including the grown up ones lol - thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. But my favorite part? Sitting on the back porch every morning while listening to the birds and looking at the water. If we ever make it back to the Island, this is THE place I'd want to be!

We had an incredible week stay at Broderick by the Bay. The cottage has everything you could ever need. Great bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and lots of great living and rest areas. The decks are great for enjoying the wildlife and incredible view of the bay. And the pool is a game changer, especially with the kids. Perfect location - very close to the beach and to town. We could not have been happier. Hope to be back soon.

A great two weeks at Broderick’s by the Bay!

We had lots of fun swimming in the pool, walking on the shore, and playing basketball and soccer outside. We also had fun going to the nearby beaches. John and Edie were great hosts and the cottage was very clean.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Broderick by the Bay really is a little piece of heaven! Peaceful and private, this home is the perfect spot for a relaxing PEI vacation. Many hours were spent in and around the pool and the screened in gazebo was the most beautiful spot to enjoy morning coffee overlooking the bay and evening meals watching the spectacular sunsets! This home has everything you need and more and felt like our “home away from home” for the week. I wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return again soon! A fox even peeked out of the trees as we were leaving on our way home this morning!

Broderick by the Bay

A wonderful, relaxing and private cottage with all the amenities of home, actually more than home because of the pool. Aside from the spacious, inviting cottage and grounds with swings and basketball net, there were wonderful books and board games available for all ages during quiet time with my grandaughter and comfy chairs with handmade quilts to curl up in. I would recommend this little PEI oasis to anyone.

Wonderful Family Cottage

We had a wonderful family vacation at Broderick by the Bay. The house was spacious and had lots of room for our family of 8 adults and 3 grandchildren! Everything we needed to cook fresh seafood dinners was provided and the pool was a great hit for the whole family. Our two family dogs were welcome and had lots of property to run on as well as walks down the country lane. If we come back to PEI we would definitely rent this cottage again.

Perfect for Families

We loved our stay. The cottage was very comfortable - it felt so much like home, we were instantly relaxed. The beds were all very comfy, the house was large enough for our group. We had everything we could have wanted there to use and it was all very clean. There were puzzles & games, fully stocked kitchen, some books and magazines, pool toys, etc. The basketball court was our family's favourite spot, maybe tied with the ocean. The setting is perfect! It's on the ocean, so you can explore once the tides have gone out. There is the lovely pool, and so many different options for places to sit inside, on porches, gazebo, sun loungers. Its conveniently located, so getting around the island wasn't hard either. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will highly recommend it to friends as a perfect place for a getaway. Thanks again!
