'Personeel is zeer onervaren en straalden weinig gastvrijheid uit. Het eten was van zeer lage, eigenlijk onacceptabele kwaliteit. Daarnaast werden "do not disturb" bordjes simpelweg genegeerd, meerdere malen. Kamers waren ruim, bedden prima. Airconditioning werkte nauwelijks en de badkamer was duidelijk slecht onderhouden. '

'We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. "Geweldige locatie hoog gelegen en uitzicht op zee. Let op dat als je een GPS gebruikt om bij dit hotel te komen, dan word je de verkeerde kant opgestuurd. Zoek het adres op en stel dat als waypoint in. Kamer is groot en goed gemeubileerd. Alleen de douchekop was aan vervanging toe. Er ging meer water door de afdichtingen dan door de sproeiers."
