Candi Cane Lodge is an amazing mountain retreat cabin on a full acre, with a yard overlooked by a wrap-around covered deck and a hot tub.
Experience fun on the lawn where you`ll enjoy a game of horseshoes, the tire swing, zipline, and a fire pit. In the winter-time relax in the hot tub on the large covered deck or stay cozy in front of the warm pellet stove (pellet fuel provided).
You`ll have full access to the amenities, including the detached game room where you`ll find a 65` Smart TV, foosball table, air hockey table, dartboard, ping pong table, shuffleboard, poker table, video game console, internet and a sleeper sofa.
The entire house and detached game room are available, except for a locked owner`s closet and the garage bays.

Candi Cane Lodge is located very close to Lake Cascade, Donnelly Boat Docks and beaches, Tamarack Ski Resort, West Mountain Snowmobile Area, Mountain Meadow Adventure Rentals, McCall and downtown Donnelly.
This cabin is located on your way to Tamarack Resort; just 8 miles up the road. It`s 9 miles from the Gold Fork Hot Springs, 15 miles north of the boutique town of Cascade and 10 miles south of the resort town of McCall. You`ll love how close you`ll be to high mountain lakes, fantastic hiking, trails, mountain biking, snowmobile adventure, as well as fishing, boating, canoeing, and kayaking spots!
This cabin has a hot tub, a large wrap around deck, a fire pit and a beautiful, large, yard. There is a foosball table, air hockey table, dartboard, ping pong table, shuffleboard, poker table, and video game console, internet, games and lots of fun things to do everywhere you look.
In the main house, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is an endless, on demand water heater, so you`ll have peace of mind when taking baths, showering, doing laundry and washing dishes. With an open main-level floor plan enjoy time together in the fully outfitted kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has a commercial fridge/freezer with a separate beverage cooler. There is also a commercial ice machine that continuously regenerates fresh ice and makes 30 pounds of ice a day! Have a cup of coffee with the Keurig coffee maker (pods not included)
Cabin Configuration:
Main Floor
The first bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed. It is the only bedroom on the main floor where there is a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
The kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry are all on this floor.
Upstairs
-There is a guest bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed and two twin over queen bunk beds (sleeps 10).
-There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom.
-There is a second master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom.
-There is an adjoining open room with a game table, couches and Smart TV.
Third Level Loft
-There is a loft accessible by a secured ladder that has a TV, game system and two twin beds (lots of fun for kids!).
Detached Game Room
A few steps away from the main cabin you`ll find the amazing `Man Cave`, where part of the garage has been set apart as a game room. You`ll discover a lot of fun things to do here!
There is a 100’ driveway with a turnaround on the north end; near the cabin.
The living room has seating for the whole family and a cozy pellet stove. The beds all have freshly laundered linens and the bathrooms will be stocked with enough fresh towels for your stay. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook great meals and feed your guests. Just bring yourself, clothes, and food!
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding a locked closet in the main house and some garage parking bays.
A vehicle is recommended.

🐶Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

👥Capacity: Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon occupancy listed on the reservation.
🚫Events/Parties: Events and parties are not permitted.
🕰️Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
❌Cancellation: Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans.
💥Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay and must report it to management immediately.
🔇Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and be respectful of neighboring properties.
🛋️Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage or missing items found after departure may incur additional charges.
🔧Amenities: Management will make reasonable efforts to repair or restore any in-home amenities that become inoperable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Repair times may vary depending on the availability of parts and service providers.
🚭Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or fireworks will result in an automatic $500 charge, plus any additional costs for damages.
🔥BBQs & Fire Pits: Not all homes include BBQs and/or fire pits. Where provided, these are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
🌊Hot Tub: For guest safety and water quality, our licensed hot tub technician may perform brief exterior maintenance during your stay. Please follow all hot tub guidelines. A $150 drain-and-refill fee will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and cannot be restored through routine servicing after your departure.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.
🅿️Camper/RV Parking: RV parking requires prior authorization and is subject to a $25 nightly fee.
🛣️Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property. Street-legal vehicles may be operated on public roads where permitted.
🛜Wi-Fi: Many of our cabins are located in rural areas where internet service may occasionally be slow or intermittent. While management makes every effort to ensure Wi-Fi is operational, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed internet service and do not provide refunds for Wi-Fi or internet-related issues.
⛰️Mountain Environment: Management is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to wildfires, smoke, algae blooms, changing lake levels, weather, lack or abundance of snow, rain, mud, ice, power outages, or seasonal conditions. Likewise, while we take reasonable measures to minimize wildlife and pest activity, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or animals, including mosquitoes, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, or other wildlife. No refunds will be issued for these naturally occurring conditions.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
