'When we arrived check in was fast, but when we went to our room on the 3rd floor the air handler on the roofer was so loud it sounded like it was right in the room. After returning from dinner we asked the front desk to move us to the 2nd floor if possible and the two young ladies were so accommodating and nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy and pillows were soft. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hinesville.'

'This is a small town so remember that when booking. The stay wasn't bad or good just average. You hear Marriott and think 5 star. Again not terrible but I am used to staying at big resorts so I want to be fair in my rating. Keeping in mind a small Military town. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby; however the pillows are undersized on king bed, sheet treadcount undesirable, and they did not restock breakfast. 'Everything was beautiful'

'The bathroom door was filthy with paint coming off and chipped wood. The mirror wasn't clean. The dispensers were empty of the shower gel and shampoo. Only 3 pillows for a King size bed. They only give a bag for ice without the canister. The bag leaked. Not a place that you want to stay.'

'The stay was ok...it was one night. They did let me check in 2 hours early with no charge. The air worked great,there was no shampoo and only 1 bar of soap. There was no ice bucket or cups. There was no hair in the tub! It an ok stay for a couple nights.'
