'I’d come back any day'

'Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was fantastic. Especially Elizabeth at the front desk. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. Breakfast eggs were good. Milk was cold and coffee fresh all day. I had terrible neighbors who threw a party in the room next to me and the staff responded quickly and firmly to remove the offenders. Patio area was quiet and safe. I will stay here again when I return to visit family. '

'Had too switch rooms upon arrival. First room a beeping sound started in the bathroom and would not stop phone didn't work and insufficient lighting. A lot of rust in bathroom with towel racks missing. Was told by hotel management that most of the phones in the room didn't work.'

'The room was filled with dust. I booked for 2days first day I got ready to go to a funeral. When I returned the room was dirty and they leave the door open. Thank God I brought my important things with me. I think they should tell guesses that they change 2$ per days for their safe even if you don’t use it. I requested a clean room for the next and I asked not to be put by the ice machine or the exit door. They said they would give me a room in the middle to my surprise they put me at the...

'We had 2 rooms. 1 room was good the other room the A/c sounded like a cat was caught inside and the tv color was set to blue. Couldn’t change it '

'Property needs renovations. Hall carpets looked worn/unclean, ceiling grid in bathroom rusted, drain plug for bathtub was in the soap tray, base mold missing in places, floor covering had several damaged spots, walls had dings that needed patching and painting. The parking lot on my end had several unsavory looking characters hanging out from 2 or 3 AM until sun up, I'm not sure if they were guests or just visiting a guest.'

'We have stayed on this property several times. We love it because it’s clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have used the gym, which is great. It is well equipped. It had a great breakfast to start the day. The area has plenty of places to eat and best part it’s right off I95. '
