Room was very nice. However we found it very cold. Food wonderful. We left the hotel a day early because of that. I handed in key at desk.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rubbish. As there is nothing around, which was not a problem, it was disappointing that Bar was closing at 10pm, with last orders at 9.30pm.

No issues checking in and room was very clean. Great continental breakfast as advertised. It would be good if the pub did food a bit later than 4.30pm as there is nothing walkable in the surrounding area. Main town is only ten min drive away though and plenty of options there. Also hotel is right next to a train station, and only max half hour drive to all the main attractions in the area - most are within 15-20 min drive. We would stay here again. Staff were friendly and it was a quiet area

Service let down
Recently stayed at this hotel. No issues with booking, checkin was fine, and very good food. Service was less impressive, had a couple of rather rude responses to questions which I was surprised about. Also the bar was closed at 10pm even though we were staying at the hotel. The website states that the bar is open 11am to 11pm. The attitude of the people closing the bar was quite rushed and rude. Won’t be staying there again.

Clean & tidy. Staff were helpful, friendly. Breakfast was average & lacked choice. Ham & cheese could have been added to for variety. Apart from Fish& chips & chicken burger, rest of the evening meals were very bland & tasteless. Even Sunday roast was small scraps of meat & over cooked vegetables & potatoes were covered by a pint of gravy!!! If you book to stay there, I suggest you go somewhere else for evening meal.

Brilliant Hotel
What a brilliant hotel this is . The best we have stayed in . Check in easy room clean and nicely decorated , Bathroom spotless with great shower and lots of towels. Very comfortable bed . Very nice breakfast . Great location plenty of parking. Very restful stay . All staff brilliant , friendly always smile and lovely to talk too . Will definitely be back . .

A great little gem
What an excellent experience - the staff were all friendly, helpful and keen to provide good service. Jimi (behind the bar) deserves a special mention because he coped cheerfully with our requests for menu adjustments at the last minute. We're happy to recomment the Frampton Arms whole heartedly.

The Frampton Arms is a wonderful place to stay all staff were polite, smiling and helpful. Food was excellent - highly recommend the Lemon Posset waiting staff were lovely (especially Sophie). Rooms were spacious and light, full ensuite with toiletries and hairdryer. Big plus air con in the room. Will defo stay their again

CASA CON ENCANTO PERO MEJORABLE
En el viaje a Inglaterra hicimos dos noches en este hotel. Para la segunda noche no arreglaron la habitación y dormimos en la cama deshecha de la noche anterior. El baño era pequeño y sin sitio donde dejar las toallas. Es un sitio muy agradable.

Excellent, clean bedrooms and facilities. Cleanliness of all hotel area's, decor to a very high standard. Meals were excellent, hot and cost affective. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
