The “Lüttje Hörn” vacation home is a charming, single-story brick house in a quiet, rural setting—just a few hundred meters from the North Sea and the coastal resort town of Neßmersiel.
It combines North German charm with cozy, functional furnishings and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay.
The open-concept living and dining area creates a welcoming atmosphere with exposed ceiling beams and light wood paneling. A comfortable sofa area with a TV invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The integrated kitchen is modernly equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and fridge-freezer. A dining area with a view of the garden complements the living area.
The house has two separate bedrooms with double beds. Both rooms are bright and comfortably furnished and offer ample storage space for clothes and luggage.
The bathroom is functionally designed and equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A special highlight is the spacious garden with an unobstructed view of meadows and fields. The patio offers seating and invites you to relax in the great outdoors.
The open, natural surroundings provide peace and relaxation. Parking is available right next to the house. An adjacent storage area provides additional storage space.
Pets are allowed for a fee, but the property is not fenced in. The “Lütje Hörn” vacation home is located in a quiet, out-of-the-way spot with a direct view of vast meadows and fields—just a few hundred meters from the North Sea and the coastal resort town of Neßmersiel.
The beach, the dike, and the harbor of Neßmersiel are all easily accessible. From here, there are ferry connections to the island of Baltrum, among other destinations.
Shopping, dining, and recreational activities are available in town or in the surrounding communities. The location is particularly well-suited for guests who wish to combine peace and quiet, nature, and close proximity to the North Sea.
