'If you want a break away from the hustle this is the perfect tonic. Staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. An idyllic setting, walk down to the pebble beach or use this as a base to drive to the nearby places and come back and enjoy the wonderful food/drinks in the spacious gardens. Thank you!'

'This was our second stay in this beautiful old manor house situated peacefully within a few minutes walking distance of West Bexington Beach. Once again we had a wonderful stay.
The food was very good. There is an excellent choice for breakfast, all of which was nicely cooked and presented. We also ate in the restaurant which was very good with a varied menu choice.
The bedrooms are a little tired in places but this in no way reflects the cleanliness of the room nor comfort of the mattress,...

'Lovely small farm with horses, chickens and geese. Old farmhouse with vintage wooden doors and ceiling beams. Lots of adorable knick-knacks. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilties. The beds could have been more comfortable. Modernised en-suite with shower. Clean and tidy.
Breakfast was lovely and the host made us feel comfortable, was attentative without being intrusive.
All in all a lovely stay. We recommend it if you like animals.'

'Anyone who has stayed here before will certainly be a return! the place is spotless, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the location is awesome, our room was a sea view room with a spy glass which my daughter used instead of her telescope and we both had the most amazing stay. We will definitely return!'

'If you are looking for a vfm option in West Bay this hotel is the place. We had room 7 on the first floor, spacious, whirlpool bath and even a teapot. In our opinion 2 negatives for this room, the mattress was way too soft and the seagulls from 0400hrs, can't really do anything about the 2nd being near the sea!!! The breakfast is quality, great choice and only £10 per day. The hotel is not statebor modern if that is what you are looking for, however the atmosphere and staff make up for it.'

'I loved the fact that we could park in front of the property, away from te busy street. The room was lovely, with enough space and a beautiful bathroom (not in the room but just outside). Breakfast was amazing, with both an English breakfast as Continental options. Would love to stay here again in the future'

'We were warmly welcomed and given the keys early, and able to drop our bags off, so we could come back when the room was ready and let ourselves in.
The room was small but had two chairs by the window which was lovely for looking out at the beach whilst enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. The fridge was great for keeping drinks cool and being able to use fresh milk was a bonus. Breakfast was very good and the cooked breakfast ingredients were of a high quality. '
