Cozy Countryside Cottage with Spacious Garden – Sleeps 4-5

Renovated farmhouse in the Gâtinais region, adjoining another gîte but offering privacy thanks to a hedge. Located in a peaceful rural setting, it features a green space accessible at the front (600 m²) and rear (750 m²) of the semi-enclosed gîte. This adjoining gîte has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people.

Ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge area, WC.

First floor: one bedroom (one double bed, one single bed), en-suite shower room with WC; one bedroom (two single beds or one queen bed) with its own en-suite shower room and WC.

Shared swimming pool (8m x 4m) with the other gîte, unheated, open from May to September for relaxation (the small building located 10m from the gîte is the pool's technical room - not accessible to guests).

Electric heating is extra (billed according to consumption) and/or wood pellets (€10 per bag). End-of-stay cleaning fee of €70 (mandatory for companies every 15 days). Bed linen is provided. (Towels are NOT provided; please bring your own). Mobile network coverage: SFR and Orange.

Coming from Paris take the A6 motorway towards Lyon. Take the Courtenay exit and continue to Douchy. In the village, direction Montargis and 1 km, turn right towards Chuelles. The gîte is 2 km on the right.
