'Wonderful place. Great location, comfy bed and sofa, two great restaurants right in front, great upper porch, lots of wonderful windows and a nice view of the river. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as Oval beach and Mt. Baldy.'

'We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay....

'We came for a girls weekend for my mom’s 70th. We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. The host Chad was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, walkable to almost everything. We hope to be back for a future stay.'

Nice sized mini fridge for leftovers and drinks. Water pressure in the shower is…strong. Nicely furnished. Wifi (35 Mbps) is fine. Note: there is no dishwasher in the unit, even though messages I received referred to one. Would certainly stay here again when next in Saugatuck.'

'I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

'Cozy house great for the whole family! The location is beautiful and our kids loved watching the deer, turkeys and birds right in the backyard. The accommodations are good but there were quite a few things that need improvement. The bathroom upstairs didnt lock and the bathtub did not drain. The king size beds are two twins put together and if you sit on the edge they almost flipover. There is also an ant problem so we could not leave anything on the kitchen counters for more than a few minutes....
