'We had a nice weeks stay with our 2 little doggies! Loved the big deck & stayed out on it most of our time there! Had to let the dogs in midday, because the deck boards do get pretty hot for their paws, then let them back out when cooler later. We loved the view there -wished the dunes were a little lower to see the ocean better. But, standing you can see it, not the waves coming in -but, still a gorgeous view. 'Kathie was wonderful, very accommodating and flexible. When we needed to extend our stay, she quickly opened up additional dates for us without hesitation. We were in between homes and looking for a short-term rental, and this cottage was the perfect fit. While minimalistic, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 'The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!'

'Beautiful open layout which gives you plenty of room in living area and kitchen. House is clean, updated and very comfortable. Loved the large outdoor shower. Host was easy to contact with question and replied quickly. Would definitely rent this property again!'

'This is the furthest most point out into the Bay on Chadwick Island! You can fish, crab, sun bathe, grill, picnic party or chill right from your own dock. There are plenty of chairs and loungers provided on the deck. The bedrooms are roomy and clean and all of the linens and towels are provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and All-Clad cookware. Honestly, it was a little hard for me to cook eggs and such on All-Clad with stainless steel spatulas.
