Very good hotel. It was sparkly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was not great, but for a continental breakfast was pretty decent.

The door was extremely difficult to get closed. There were cigarette butts all over outside. But overall very quiet, close to everywhere we had to go and a nice room, clean bathroom, nice comfortable bed, and great pillows.

The room smelled like old dirty smoke, stained carpet and dirty stained headboard on the bed. Continental breakfast was included, and I was told it was from 7-10. At 7:15 the carafe for the coffee was sitting in the brewing station but unattended. After 15 minutes waiting for someone to set up the carafe pump for coffee, no one showed up. I found the components to the coffee carafe and assembled to be able to have some coffee. I returned an hour later at 8:30 and the coffee carafe was empty and still no staff around making coffee or attending to the breakfast area. There were motorcyclists that revved up their Harley's at 7:45 am on a Sunday morning and ran them in the parking lot for roughly 30 minutes playing loud music. Motel employees never enforced quiet hours. Will not stay again and will not recommend!!

Not the newest or best, but a good value for the price. Staff is helpful and available. Bed and linens were clean. Close to lots of restaurants and easy access to UNH.

First time I’ve been to Dover. Great hotel and staff. I know locals who have said the previous owners did not maintain the rooms and facilities well at all. They came to see my room during my stay and were amazed how updated the new owners improved the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Dover.

The place was very dusty. There was even dust in the coffee maker. The rug and comforter had stains on them. There were gaps in the door and secret smoke seeped in. Guests from other rooms would sit in front of the room smoking. We made the reservation that morning, drove almost 3 hours to get there, and we couldn’t get any money back at all. We were given a room change, but we were told it was a suite but the room looked exactly the same. Just a king bed instead of a queen. And it was still just as dusty with a scuffed headboard and walls.

The staff was awesome. The beds were comfy. I paid extra for a pool room so the kids could go swimming. The pool was way too cold for that. A quick in and out, maybe 5 minutes, then we got to hear the noise of people jumping in complaining it was cold for the rest of the night from inside our room. The toilet had not been cleaned on the outside. Went at 6:20 for coffee and the office was locked up tight. The surrounding area is a little depressed. I would stay here again if I did not want a pool if the price was right

The hotel was somewhat clean but the mold and rust under the rungs were disgusting. Everything else looked somewhat clean. The beds were comfortable. The area and parlor looked like skid row once resided there. The free breakfast was a complete joke. A few old bagels. A few slices of breSta d 5 mini boxes of cereal. So lame
