'This property has such a beautiful view! It is clean, peaceful and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They respondedimmediately to any reques we had. One staff member got up with us at 3:30 in the morning to make sure we safely got on our way for a tour we had booked to Yala. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.'

'Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock. '

'Really beautiful view and lovely location, even with the occasional train passing by (if anything, it added to the charm). Very kind and helpful hosts, who loaned their umbrellas to us and accommodated our last minute change of breakfast time when we were running late from a morning hike. They also packed our breakfast to go when we checked out early on our last day. Walking along the train tracks is by far the best way to get to town and back in under 10 minutes. The paved road is quite windy...

'Don’t bother with this hotel. I had a paid booking but they refused to put me up, claiming that they didn’t have a booking for me from Expedia. Refused to budge and threatened me with police action, so I had to stay somewhere else. '

'The homestay double booked my booking so I turned up and they had nowhere for me to stay. At 5pm I then had to try and find a room in Ella for the night, in peak season. Ended up staying in a dirty hotel as that was the only option left after 3 hours of searching, and got severely ill from the food there. My whole holiday was completely ruined thanks to Dimuthu homestay. Unbelievably unprofessional. DO NOT book here, it is not worth the risk.'
