Little Twin Lake Cottage, Relaxing Updated Lakehouse - All Sports Lake

Updated waterfront Lake House on All Sports Little Twin Lake with sandy beach area. Waterfront area highlights include sandy beach, pier, kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, water toys, and option to separately rent newer pontoon (reach out for more details on pontoon rental). Walkout ranch features stunning views of lake with open concept. Living room opens to updated kitchen with white cabinets, quartz counters, and farmhouse sink flowing to eating area and sun room overlooking the lake. Outdoor living enhanced with amazing views of 2 lakes from spacious deck and great sunsets. Main level sleeping includes bedroom 1 with king bed, bedroom 2 with queen bed, and queen pull out couch in living room. Full bath on main level with shower/tub combo. Lower level features walk through bedroom 3 with queen bed and XL twin bed, updated full bath with shower, walk through bedroom 4 with full over full bunk bed, and separate laundry with extra refrigerator. Nice size backyard includes picnic table and chairs with fire pit to enjoy all summer long.

Little Twin Lake is a 44 acre spring fed all sports lake with Big Twin Lake next door. Little Twin is no wake from 7:30PM to 11:00AM. Southwest Michigan is known for its many local breweries, wineries, farmer’s markets, wedding venues, skiing, and boutique shopping. From here you are about 40 minutes to Lake Michigan and 40 mins to Notre Dame.

We will provide you with a helpful guide prior to check-in that showcases a comprehensive list of area eateries, attractions, parks and more.
Note outdoor security cameras are in place overlooking front of property, deck, lakeside of home, and dock/pontoon.

Check-in was smooth (keyless entry)Kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING one might need! Even a pie dish, so I was able to make cornbread! As someone who works remote, the Wi-Fi was just fine. The home was stocked with towels, trash bags, toilet paper…all the necessities! The home has been redone very nicely, the beds and blankets were all comfy. We truly wanted for nothing. The only surprisingly thing was the lake was very very small, but that’s my fault as I did zero research on that. However, the beach on the property and the little area to swim was perfect for our family with kids! All you need is a kayak and a paddle board on this lake and the owners provided that! The fishing was okay…again, fun enough for the kids! The grill and the fire pit were in great locations. The neighbors with the swim dock were SO nice!! Our family took a vote that we would come back (though we do try to go to a different place every year).

Beautiful Lake House

Doug was very friendly and accommodating. The house was very nice with everything you need. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pontoon boat was also very nice. Our family very much enjoyed our stay!!

Great week at the lake

We loved this house! It was obviously updated and spotless! Even the dishes and glasses were top notch. The lake is small but it worked perfectly for us. We didn’t need to worry about boat traffic while our kids enjoyed themselves. I would definitely rent their pontoon. It was in great condition and a very nice model. We really enjoyed ourselves in this renovated home!

wonderful get away

I was leery because of the contract and paperwork prior to our stay but since I have never had an issue with an owner with previous stays, we went ahead with the reservation. I am so glad we did! The house was so cute and clean. The amount of water toys and games that were available and not listed, was a fun surprise. I have a 14 year and 10 year old and they spent hours on the lily pad. We also rented the boat which was nice to use for swimming in deeper areas. I gave four stars for listing inaccuracy. It has since been updated. The house had upgrades made after we booked and he added beds to the basement were great. It would have been a tight fit before that change. I would maybe suggest a curtain to the basement door and a couch or reclining chairs on the deck, for naps! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Lake Home

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and Doug was very friendly and accommodating. It worked out well for our small family. The only thing I would have changed is not having access from the deck to go to the lake. With the little ones it was a little hard to either carry them down the basement stairs or walk around from the front of the house. The updates in the house are beautiful and it has a perfect lake view.

Great Little getaway

This house worked out great for our family. Many little touches (soap, towels, sheets) made our stay at the lake feel a bit luxurious! Super clean and comfy! Kids loved the pontoon and lily pad!
