'It was clean. We had reserved 2 beds but ended up with 1 king size. It was fine'

'Stayed in the bear suite, decorated nicely with the theme. Had breakfast items, drinks in frig, coffee, everything you need for quick breakfast and pastries that were very good. Bathroom items, they are very thoughtful on having the supplies you need. Overall a very comfortable place to stay and within walking distance to Main Street.'

'This was a pretty decent 3 star hotel. The room was comfortable, we chose the suite so we'd have somewhere to sit other then the bed. It was spacious. The bathroom was decent. The one thing I can say was a "negative", was that the toilet was crazy short. Like it was made for a toddler. Felt you were falling forever to sit down. The bed was comfortable, so were the pillows. The only real amenities you get while staying here is breakfast, which is nice. I was very pleased there were...

'Breakfast was not okay, just some wrapped items and terrible instant coffee. Hotel/rooms/staff/parking were good though... '

'Good beds, no breakfast!!!! Coffee and a muffin NOT breakfast..... We waited till 7.10h, we waited for breakfast ..... - - rating for that.....'

'Very quaint and quiet property, reminiscent of a 1950’s style motor lodge. Definitely a “no frills” establishment, but the property is kept clean and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Location is convenient to most major attractions in the area.'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'

'Een leuke eenvoudige accommodatie die centraal gelegen is.'

'Rustig fijn motel, nette kamers comfortabele bedden! Wat ik wel miste was een föhn heeft er wel gehangen maar miste. Raam kon niet open waardoor de airco in de nacht aan moest!'

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'An older budget motel that's a bit rough around the edges. That said, the price is right. The facility sits right on the river, with rocking chairs on the deck facing it. We waited for about 40 minutes for someone to check us in. The bed was soft, but comfortable. The linens & towels were fine. The toiletries were questionable, with a single, damp, unwrapped bar of soap on the peeling painted bathtub. The little shampoo & hair rinse bottles were only half full. No lotion. The water just stopped...

'Checked in everything seem alright. Went to dinner came back no parking, we asked for a shower curtain which our room had nothing in our bathroom. Went to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain and it smelled like someone was having a Marijuana party at the front desk next to our room. Quite an awful stink floating into our room till after Midnight. Quite an unpleasant stay to say the least. We feel like a refund should be given.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Ontbijt sober '
