'The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is great. The downside is the shower is really small, and the parking lot is tight. There are more rooms than parking spaces.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'
