'The space is cute with a lot of potential and in a good location. Unfortunately the host isn't keeping up the home. The toilet was broken and the heater in the bedroom was broken (or hard to use and no response when I reached out for help). Our stay was at a very cold time of year so we all 3 ended up sleeping in the living room on the fold out couch bed. The other issue that contributed to us checking out after only sleeping there as necessary was how dirty it was. The fold out couch had layers...

'The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere. Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.'

'This is a nice, clean, and spacious property. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen has updated appliances. Comfy beds. If I could give “4.5 stars” I would for a few minor things. It’s hard to tell what door to go through at check-in. It’s unmarked and in the right… then you’ll find the apt door. Traffic gets noisy at about 7:30 am, so we used a sound machine. Otherwise, this is a great property, and we’d stay here again. '
