Strandhotels in Downtown Denver

'The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. 'What a nice hotel! Staff were exceedingly pleasant and accommodating, bed linens were soft and bright white, mattress was perfect firmness and felt quite new. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast at the restaurant, as well as some fun drinks and nibbles at the rooftop bar.'

'Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. 'Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!'
