'Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.'

'The photos were definitely deceiving. The hot tub was broken, one of the elevators was broken. We had to take stairs from the 10th floor. Lots of weed smell, dingy lighting, outdated atmosphere. Everyone we talked to was having a poor experience as well with this hotel and with the staff not being helpful with their issues. The only saving grace was that the actual room was clean and fairly updated. Thin walls. If we had brought our kids, we would not have stayed.'

'Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down...
