'The gentleman who welcomed us was one of the friendlieat hotel staff i have ever encountered. Laundry on site was helfpul since we were stopping there at the middle of a longer roadtrip. Breakfast was decent for the price. Overall, great stay.'

'I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. '
