'HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. 'We stopped at this hotel on our way home from vacation and found it to be an excellent choice. It was very clean, and well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. the staff was helpful and texted us once in our room to assure everything was satisfactory and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. We did not take part in the free breakfast, but it looked great. We would definitly choose Tru again in the future. Highly recommend!'

'I had to change rooms 4 times they are very rude and nasty the first one the fridge was unplugged very nasty with water everywhere in front of the fridge and the whole room bad so she gave me another room and it smelled like a bingo hall lol and I had a toddle and a newborn baby so that point I was upset I wanted money back so I went up there she says I have one for you I went to it the window was closed i knocked nobody said anything I walked it it wasn’t even clean sheets an stuff off the bed...

'De ontvangst was vriendelijk maar de gereedheid van de kamer was dat duidelijk niet. Er waren handdoeken voor 2 gasten ipv 3. Het sofa bed was gruwelijk om te zien met vele vieze bruine plekken op het matras! Het bed was niet zoals bij de betere hotels opgemaakt. Er hangt een vieze lucht in het hele hotel! Ontbijt opties waren minimaal. Het personeel was tijdens het ontbijt nogal luidruchtig met elkaar in gesprek. Bij het verlaten van het hotel was er niemand bij de receptie om uit te checken....
