'Met name de lokatie van het hotel in het centrum van Petaluma was perfect. Ook het feit dat het wat ouder was maakte het tot een welkome afwisseling van de meer gangbare hotelketens. Ondanks dat was het schoon en netjes. Enige minpuntje is de wat norse receptie. Een glimlach en een 'have a good trip' zouden wonderen doen. '

'Don't take room number 10,it had a stained,musty ,smelly carpet.Room didn't have a nice fresh smell. I didn't complain because we got in the hotel late,but next day I saw other rooms with wooden,fresh floor and nice smell. The staff very nice and helpful. Lady in the restaurant makes waffles and breakfast on request but only till 8-8.30. If you come after 9 (breakfast till 10) there won't be much food left.'

'The hotel was charming and had a boutique, bed-and-breakfast feel. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.'
